EASY membership brings the desired maximum flexibility and simplicity. EASY membership is concluded for an indefinite period, without obligations and with simple conditions. In this way, the customer can easily and quickly adapt the membership according to the current situation. Membership includes all services, from unlimited access to fitness, all group lessons including the popular Les Mills programs as well as a sauna in one Form Factory fitness club.

As part of the membership, you have FREE access to the library of online trainings of various programs and streaming of Les Mills lessons.
It is better to have a sparing-partner in the gym. As part of the membership, you can come to train 1 times a month with a friend for free.
To maximize your performance, the membership price also includes the option to use the Body Composition Analysis on the inBody device once a month.

Club Nivy

The club located in the Nivy Centrum, offers modern Technogym equipment, large cardio and functional zone. You can enjoy your training more thanks to the multifunctional construction in the functional zone or the unique SkillRun trainer which simulates pushing a sled or running with a parachute. You can use a wide range of group lessons including Les Mills programs. After a workout you can relax in the dry Finnish sauna.
