Yin Yoga is based on the original concepts of traditional Hatha yoga. Slowing down the pace, respecting the differences of our anatomical structure and connecting the yoga and traditional Chinese medicine, that is what defines Yin Yoga. Longer endurance positions (from two to five minutes) were an effective method of physical preparation for a longer meditation session, which was the main reason for practicing yoga. Modern research has also confirmed that connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, fascia, bones and joints) respond best to slow, gradual and constant loads, becoming longer and stronger. Yin Yoga is of great importance and many positives on the physical, mental and emotional side, so it can be considered a health yoga, and it is also an excellent prevention and solution of back pain and musculoskeletal system. Suitable for complete beginners and all who want to slow down, do something for their physical and mental health, learn to meditate. It is ideal for early mornings and late evenings.
